SHAH ALAM, Aug 26 — The Salak Mercu Apartment project in Sepang has entered the final stage of monitoring after most issues related to the development were resolved.
State executive councillor for housing Datuk Borhan Aman Shah said the progress was identified during a technical monitoring meeting on the Salak Mercu Apartment project, which he chaired with relevant technical departments and agencies on Monday.
“Coordination efforts found that most matters have been resolved, with only one compliance matter involving the National Water Services Commission (SPAN) remaining before the next stage towards obtaining the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) can be finalised,” he said in a Facebook post.
Borhan said the state government, through the Selangor Housing and Property Board (LPHS), remained committed to working with the relevant parties to facilitate the process.
He said the efforts were aimed at ensuring that the remaining matter could be resolved as soon as possible.
Borhan said the latest development was crucial to ensuring that the long-awaited project could finally be completed.
“We understand the long wait endured by owners for this project to be completed.
“Therefore, the state government will continue to monitor its progress until the project is fully completed,” he said.
Monitoring of the project will continue until the outstanding compliance matter is resolved.
Once it is settled, the subsequent process towards obtaining the CCC can be finalised.
