SHAH ALAM, Aug 18 — State executive councillor for investment, trade, and mobility Ng Sze Han met with the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KLSCCCI) to discuss efforts to strengthen the state’s economic development.
The discussion with its vice-president Lee Yew Chen and his delegation also covered efforts to leverage Selangor’s strengths and create a more conducive environment for business growth.
“In an increasingly competitive environment, businesses need talent, market opportunities, and a supportive environment to remain competitive and grow,” he said in a Facebook post.
Ng added that more frequent dialogue between the state government and the business community could improve mutual understanding.
The efforts would also create more opportunities for Selangor’s economic development.
“I hope to strengthen cooperation with KLSCCCI to continue driving Selangor’s economy,” he said.
Ng also called on all parties to work together to ensure Selangor continues to prosper and develop.
