PUTRAJAYA, Feb 1 — The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) has announced a reshuffle of portfolios among its deputy chief executive officers (CEO), effective immediately, as part of a governance measure to strengthen the organisation’s integrity and effectiveness.
It said that LHDN's deputy CEO (compliance) Datuk Hisham Rusli has been reassigned to the deputy CEO (Policy) portfolio, while deputy CEO (Management) Datuk Khairul Halimin Abdul Halim has moved to the deputy CEO (Special Branch).
In a statement today, the board also said that Datuk Ahmad Khairuddin Abdullah, previously deputy CEO (Special Branch), has assumed the deputy CEO (Management) portfolio, and deputy CEO (Taxation Operations) Shaharudy Othman has been reassigned to deputy CEO (Compliance).
The appointments and portfolio changes are aimed at leadership development and at ensuring organisational continuity and effectiveness by sharing expertise and fresh perspectives.
