SHAH ALAM, Oct 29 — Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd has switched to a new app for a smoother and easier experience for its customers.
It said the older app will no longer be made accessible or available for download in app stores.
Starting on October 24, the Air Selangor 2.0 app will be made available instead.
"The new app's features include managing all your water accounts and paying bills anytime, anywhere, as well as staying updated with the latest water supply status in your area," Air Selangor said in a statement on October 24.
The app also enables customers to request services and track their applications online, easily report any pipe leaks, meter leaks, pipe burst, or illegal tapping, and seek assistance via Air Selangor's virtual assistant Joy.
Air Selangor 2.0 is available for download on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery.
