SHAH ALAM, Sept 12 — Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) has kicked off its ‘Buy & Win’ campaign, giving the first 30 buyers of selected property projects a chance to win prizes worth up to RM100,000.

PKNS said in a statement that the campaign, running from Sept 1 to Nov 30, aims to show appreciation to customers by offering special rewards to the first buyers who sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for selected property projects during the promotion period.

The campaign offers two special opportunities, PKNS Homes Beli Terus Onz! for buyers of ready-to-move-in homes or commercial units, and PKNS Homes Big Bonus for properties still under construction.

Under the PKNS Homes Beli Terus Onz!, the exclusive residential projects available include Opal Residensi and Alena in Shah Alam, Hijauan Enklaf in Setia Alam, and Datum Jelatek in Kuala Lumpur.

“For commercial projects, buyers can purchase units at Menara U in Shah Alam, Anggun Avenue in Setia Alam, and The Strand in Kota Damansara,” read the statement.

Meanwhile, PKNS Homes Big Bonus includes projects still under construction, such as Puteri Ariana 1 in Kota Puteri, Ixora in Antara Gapi, and three developments in Cyber Valley — Aludra, Adhara, and Auva, along with the Linkar 52 serviced apartments in the SA Sentral development in Shah Alam.

During the campaign, lucky buyers will also stand the chance to win gold bars, Apple Watch Series 10, iPads, Sony PlayStation 5 consoles, and exclusive holiday packages, offering added value and helping them fulfil their dream of owning a home.

From September to November, 10 winners will be chosen each month on a first-come, first-serve basis, with official announcements to be made on PKNS Homes’ social media platforms from October to December.

PKNS sales and marketing general manager Fadli Mohd Ariff said in the statement that the campaign is PKNS’ way of showing appreciation to its customers.

He added that besides owning a quality home at the best value, buyers also stand a chance to win exclusive prizes throughout the campaign.

“With more than 60 years in the property development industry, PKNS continues to be committed to providing quality, affordable, and competitive housing options for the people of Selangor and the surrounding areas,” he said.
