KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 — The situation in flood-hit districts in Selangor and Perak have improved, with 465 people at relief centres as at 9am today compared with 498 yesterday.
In Selangor, 111 evacuees from 41 families were at three relief centres in two districts — Sabak Bernam and Kuala Selangor.
In Perak, according to the InfoBencana website, 354 evacuees from 102 families were at five relief centres in Hilir Perak, Perak Tengah, and Kerian.
Meanwhile, according to the Public Infobanjir website, the levels of two rivers at Marudi station and Sungai Dausan in Sarawak were at danger points.
