KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 15 — The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rains, and strong winds across Perlis, Kedah, Penang, and Kelantan until 1am tomorrow.
Perak is also affected, encompassing the areas of Kerian, Larut, Matang and Selama, Hulu Perak, Kuala Kangsar, Manjung, Kinta, Perak Tengah, Kampar, and Batang Padang.
Similarly, thunderstorms are also expected to hit Terengganu, which includes Besut, Setiu, Kuala Nerus, Hulu Terengganu, Kuala Terengganu, Marang and Dungun. Cameron Highlands and Lipis in Pahang will be similarly affected.
Similar conditions are forecast for Sarawak, affecting Sri Aman (Sri Aman), Sarikei (Sarikei and Meradong), Sibu, Mukah (Tanjung Manis and Daro), and Kapit (Song and Kapit), while in Sabah, the affected areas include Nabawan and Sandakan (Tongod, Telupid, and Sandakan).
