KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 17 — His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the King of Malaysia, received a courtesy call from former Indonesian vice president Muhammad Jusuf Kalla at Istana Negara today.
A post on His Majesty’s Facebook page said the meeting lasted almost half an hour.
Also present was the Comptroller of the Royal Household of Istana Negara Datuk Zailani Hashim.
Jusuf Kalla has served his country as vice president twice — from 2004 to 2009 during the administration of President Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono, and from 2014 to 2019 under President Joko Widodo.
