KUALA LUMPUR, June 20 — The results of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia graduates’ applications to public higher learning institutions (IPTAs) will be announced June 28.
The Higher Education Ministry (MOHE) in a statement today said certificate-, foundation- and diploma-level placements at public universities, polytechnics, community colleges and public skills training institutions (ILKAs) can be viewed from 12pm on June 28 until 5pm on July 7.
Results can be checked at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, Universiti Malaysia Sabah and Universiti Malaysia Terengganu subsites, or via the UPUPocket mobile app.
MOHE said acceptance of offers begins June 29 until July 7 on IPTA and ILKA websites.
The statement said offer letters will be issued by IPTAs and ILKAs to successful applicants from June 29, after they accept the offer within the specified period.
Unsuccessful applicants or those offered certificate studies can submit appeals at the Unit Pengambilan Universiti (UPU) site for admission to public universities and polytechnics within 10 days from 12pm on June 28 to 5pm on July 7.
“Appeals for acceptance into community colleges and ILKAs can be submitted directly to the institution without going through UPUOnline. Placement offers for the 2024/2025 academic session are final and applications to switch study programmes or IPTA/ILKA are not allowed.
