SHAH ALAM, March 16 — The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) will conduct Hari Bertemu Pelanggan on the foyer, Level G of the I-City shopping centre tomorrow, from 11am to 5pm.
Its Corporate and Public Relations Division head Shahrin Ahmad said the programme will be an opportunity for the public to channel complaints and problems concerning MBSA's administrative areas.
"Members of the public also have the opportunity to obtain a 30 pe rcent reduction in parking compounds, per the MBSA Road Transport Order 2007.
"The first 50 customers will also receive a free bottle of water," he said in a statement today.
MBSA will also prepare reviews and payment services for assessment taxes, compounding, premises modification applications, among others.
"Various council departments will participate in the programme, including the Licensing Department, the Landscape Department, the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleaning Department, and the Environmental Health Department.
"Members of the public are invited to come en masse to join," Shahrin said.
