SHAH ALAM, June 2 — A total of 3,055 individuals are suspected to be Covid-19 positive following the free Covid-19 community screening programme carried out at 38 state assembly constituencies in Selangor, as of yesterday.
Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari on Facebook today shared that 80,981 people had participated in the free community screening held from May 8 to June 1.

“This number exceeded the initial target of 50,000 individuals. This initiative will be continued in the Kuala Selangor, Hulu Selangor and Sabak Bernam districts,” he said.
The public is also advised to preregister themselves via the SELangkah app or its website at screening.selangkah.my/login to ensure a smooth process.

The free Covid-19 screening initiative by the Selangor government is being carried out across its 56 state constituencies from May 8 until June 10.
