KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 3 — MY E.G. Services Bhd's (MYEG) concession agreement for provision of E-Government Services has been extended for three years from May 23, 2020 to May 22, 2023.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, MYEG said it received a letter on the extension from the Transport Ministry on December 3, 2020.
The services include electronic delivery of vehicle registration, driver and vehicle licensing and payment of summonses.
MYEG’s board of directors expect the extension to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial years ending December 31, 2020 onwards.
