With regards to a Shah Alam High Court decision dated 13 February 2019 by judge YA Datuk Wong Kian Kheong on the issue of Sri Maha Mariamman Temple, Seafield USJ 25 Selangor, the Selangor State Government takes note of the ruling that dismissed the bid to stop the relocation of the said temple.
Therefore the Selangor State Government urges all parties involved to respect and abide by the court’s decision to ensure public order and uphold the rule of law.
The State Government is ready to work with all parties involved to comply and implement the decision of the court and will take all necessary measures to guarantee peacefulness of Selangor Darul Ehsan.
