On Nov 2, a 142-page report was released by the Ministry of Finance in conjunction with the tabling of the 2019 Budget by Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng in Parliament.
Budget 2019 has 3 focus areas and 12 main strategies to return Malaysia's economic position as the Asian Tiger in the world stage.
The first focus of the budget is to ‘Implement institutional reforms’, the second is to ‘Ensure people's well-being’ while the last focus is to ‘Nurture a culture of entrepreneurship’.
