SHAH ALAM, OCT 2: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) Youth Chief, Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman claims that he has received a RM5 million offer from a “prime minister’s senior advisor” to leave the party and continue his studies in Oxford University.

He said, the offer was made by the “rangkaian sistematik dedak” which is planned by the senior advisor.

“I will not leave PPBM and I will continue to be here to expose this network,” he said as reported by The Malaysian Insight.

He held a media conference at the Seri Pacific Hotel, Kuala Lumpur to announce the decision to postpone his political career.

Prior to that, in his Instagram account, he had informed that he received a scholarship offer to study in Oxford University in the field of public policies.

However, today he revealed receiving a RM5 million bribe to leave PPBM and said that he has proof but is discussing with his lawyer before handing it over to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Corporation (MACC).
