PKNS targets to sell 44 property units

SHAH ALAM, AUG 21: The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) targets to sell 44 property units valued at RM12 million through Property Collection exhibition at Plaza PKNS, which has started last Friday and will run for 10 days.

PKNS Middle District Property Sales Manager, Mohd Wazir Abdul Gani said the exhibition in conjunction with PKNS’s 53rd anniversary is to provide and inform visitors about the corporation’s commercial property projects.

Among them are Anggun 1 and 2, Vega Residensi in City Berjayam Citrina 2 and 3 in Bernam Jaya, Opal Residensi in Shah Alam and Puteri Daffina in Kota Puteri.

“The collection this time is targeted to buyers who are looking for properties beyond Klang Valley.

“Following feedbacks we received to develop projects beyond Klang Valley, almost 60% of these projects are in Antara Gapi, Ijok, Klang and Kuala Selangor,” he said at the MyPKNS Incentive Launch ceremony and the exhibition, recently.

PKNS has offered cash incentive between RM4,000 and RM10,000 to the public who introduced its properties to buyers through the MyPKNS Incentive programme.

The programme which starts today until December 31, 2018 is expected to boost PKNS property sales.

The incentive is divided into three categories which are Gold Category offering RM10,000 to a person who introduces a property worth RM1 million and above, Silver Incentive (RM6,000 for properties between RM400,000 and RM1 million) and Bronze Incentive (RM4,000 for real estate worth below RM400,000).
