"If BN return as the government, clean place would become dirty, Bangunan Komtar will go back to their old face, people have to ration water and Penang will serve as the Federal Territory as required by Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor," he said in Oriental Daily.

Guan Eng said this commenting on the analysis of the local press who predicted that BN has the chance to take back Penang from Pakatan in the next election.

Earlier, in the 13th General Election, DAP managed to keep the administration in the state after the opposition won 30 of 40 seats in the Legislative Assembly.
