SHAH ALAM, APR 3: The State Government will introduce Mobile Truck Guidelines in an effort to support and attract entrepreneurs especially among the youth to participate in the programme in Selangor.
Dato’ Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali said the State Government welcomes any idea and suggestion for improvements, from these entrepreneurs and related parties.
He said, the Mobile Truck Guidelines (Food, Goods and Services) is introduced to help all entrepreneurs to join the programme throughout the State.
“Selangor is the first state to introduce it and it is the best move that we are providing for them where participation has also been very encouraging.
“They need a guideline to participate in this programme and we will introduce it in less than six months from now,” he said to the media at the 2017 Selangor Smart Truck Festival launch ceremony yesterday.
He added that local authorities and entrepreneurs will cooperate closely to make the programme a success.
“Among the guidelines are that the local authorities will assist them to identify suitable locations as well as on other matters such as pricing and fees,” he said.
2017 Selangor Smart Truck Festival held at Dataran Kemerdekaan is a programme by State Government with cooperation with Shah Alam City Council, last Saturday and Sunday with participation from Smart Truck entrepreneurs from various business fields.
