TNB maintenance work at Bukit Badong Substation is completed last night as scheduled. The Sungai Selangor Water Treatment Plant (LRA) Phase 1, 2 and 3 is now fully operational.
Water supply will be restored based on schedule, beginning 4pm this evening starting with Zone 1.
Water supply will be sent by water tankers for relief in areas still affected, as water level is still low in catchment ponds.
Consumers can request for assistance by sending SMS to 15300 by typing: TANKER<space> Name & Address.
Consumers, especially those at the end of the distribution system and on the highlands, are advised to use water sparingly to speed up the restoration process.
