KLANG, OCT 20: Her Royal Highness Tengku Permaisuri Selangor Tengku Norashikin and His Royal Highness Tengku Amir Shah visited flood victims recently on October 19.
Both royals arrived at Dewan Dato’ Ahmad Razali, Batu 4 at about 7.30 pm and spent more than one hour there.
A total of 43 families placed there felt lucky to be able to enjoy dinner with the Raja Muda and Tengku Permaisuri.
Earlier, both royals interacted warmly with all the 167 flood victims who had been evacuated to the relief centre a few days ago.
In fact, the Raja Muda and Tengku Permaisuri were also seen helping out volunteers prepare and serve meals.
They were accompanied by Health, Welfare, Women and Family Development Exco Dr Daroyah Alwi.
As of 2.30 pm yesterday, two flood relief centres were already activated and accommodating 97 families and 405 victims.
Besides Dewan Dato’ Ahmad Razali, Batu 4, the other active relief centre is Dewan Serbaguna Kampung Tok Muda.
