SHAH ALAM, SEP 21: Kuala Selangor District Council (MDKS) Secretary Azahar Sairin passed away at 7:59 pm on September 20, while undergoing treatment for dengue at the Ramsay Sime Darby Medical Centre, Subang Jaya.
The late Azahari, 52, who was hospitalised last Saturday had suffered from high fever.
He leaves behind widow, Azlina Mohd Nor, 50, two daughters and a son, aged 17 to 27 years old.
The deceased was brought back to his official residence at the MDKS Quarters the previous night, and was buried next to his mother’s grave in his hometown in FELDA Soeharto, Gedangsa.
The late Azahari served MDKS for 11 years since August 2005. Prior to that, the University of Technology MARA (UiTM) Law Graduate had served as Assistant Legal Council at the Tanah Petaling District Office.
