PUTRAJAYA, June 25 — Malaysia and the Kyrgyz Republic have taken a significant step forward in strengthening bilateral relations through the signing of a series of memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and exchange of notes (EoN) in conjunction with the two-day official visit of President Sadyr Zhaparov to the country.
