KUALA LUMPUR, May 5 — The heatwave phenomenon in the country not only restricts the daily activities of the public but has also affected the yield of farmers and rubber smallholders, especially in Jempol (Negeri Sembilan) and Padang Terap (Kedah), which had recorded level one (alert) weather status.

KUALA LUMPUR, April 12 — The Aidilfitri Special Financial Assistance (BKKA) of RM200 to 318,642 rubber smallholders from the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Risda), will be paid on Friday (April 14) onwards, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
