KUALA LUMPUR, July 2 — The average income of rubber smallholders has increased to RM436 per month as of May, marking a 40 per cent increase after the Agrofood initiative by the Rubber Industry Smallholder Development Authority (Risda) was implemented.

GERIK, Dec 16 — The government has provided more than RM600 million for the development of rubber smallholders this year, with half of it allocated to accelerate the replanting programme, since the agricultural commodity is typically susceptible to price fluctuations.
