KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 — The ringgit was slightly higher against the US dollar at the start of trading today and also rose versus a basket of other major currencies as well as Asean currencies on positive sentiment following Bank Negara Malaysia's (BNM) statement on the local note’s valuation.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 26 — The ringgit closed the week stronger against the US dollar, buoyed by positive sentiment that China will continue to support its economy along with other regional currencies, according to an analyst.
