MCMC announces Pakej, a five-year roadmap set to enhance the quality of courier services

KUALA LUMPUR, June 17 — Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) today announced the National Courier Accelerator Plan (Pakej), set to deliver quality of service (QoS) and seamless coverage to support the e-commerce industry's growth to double the parcels per capita to 30 by 2025.

MCMC imposes two-year freeze on issuance of new courier service licences

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 — The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has decided to impose a two-year moratorium on the issuance of new courier service licences, effective September 14 this year until September 15, 2022.
