KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 22 — Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) has pledged to operate responsibly in building resilience and sustainability in water supply and improving the quality of its services for the well-being of consumers.
SEREMBAN, Dec 10 — Several areas in the Port Dickson and Seremban districts have been experiencing disruptions to water supply, due to a problem with odour pollution at the water source at the Sungai Linggi Water Treatment Plant (LRA).
SHAH ALAM, Jan 1 — The Semenyih and Bukit Tampoi water treatment plants (WTP) were shut down yesterday following the discovery of an odour flow originating from the location of where a perfume oil spill had occurred due to an accident on December 24, 2022.
HULU SELANGOR, Dec 8 — Water discharged from an illegal catfish pond has been identified as the cause of odour pollution which halted the Rantau Panjang and Sungai Selangor Phases 1, 2 and 3 water treatment plant (WTP) operations at about 11.30pm yesterday.
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 11 — The level of odour pollution at the Muka Sauk Water Treatment Plant (LRA), Rantau Panjang has dropped to 4 TON (threshold odour number) as at 11pm yesterday while that for Sungai Selangor LRA Phases (SSP) 1, 2 and 3 has decreased to 1 TON.
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9 — The water supply disruption in all 274 affected areas in Petaling, Hulu Langat, Kuala Langat, Sepang and Putrajaya districts, involving 309,687 consumer accounts was fully restored at 6am today.
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 5 — The Sungai Semenyih and Bukit Tampoi water treatment plants which had their operation suspended yesterday due to pollution at the raw water source are still not operational as of 7.30 am today.
