KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 24 — The government proposes to develop towns in Sabah and Sarawak bordering the Kalimantan region of Indonesia, in anticipation of the proposed relocation of the neighbouring country’s capital city there, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
