KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 1 — The number of flood victims placed at temporary relief centres (PPS) in Kelantan decreased, while in Johor, it increased slightly after flash floods hit five villages near the overflowing Sungai Tebrau.

JOHOR BAHRU, Dec 1 — Heavy rain since last night caused five villages in this district to be hit by flash floods, with several rivers at danger and alert levels and 538 people from 158 families being housed at two temporary relief centres (PPS).
