Malaysia-India technical cooperation benefits citizens of both sides — Deputy minister

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 20 — The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) and the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme (ITEC) have benefited the citizens of both countries apart from strengthening bilateral ties, said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Datuk Mohamad Alamin.
