GDA to compulsorily acquire remaining MAHB shares at RM11 each

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 14 — Gateway Development Alliance Sdn Bhd (GDA) has proposed to compulsorily acquire all of the Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) shares from dissenting shareholders at RM11 apiece.

Privatisation of Malaysia Airports Holdings nears completion

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 22 — Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) is closer to privatisation, with the deal now nearly finalised as it reached 86.5 per cent acceptances, said a foreign bank analyst.
