KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 16 — Thirty-two people were arrested for breaching the ban on inter-district and interstate travel yesterday, the third day of the movement control order (MCO) enforcement, said Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
