Used car dealer charged with CBT of more than RM100,000

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 8 — A used-car dealer pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here today to three counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT), involving more than RM100,000 of the company’s fund for personal interests.

Former CEO, wife to be charged tomorrow over false claims, CBT

PUTRAJAYA, Nov 23 — A former chief executive officer with the title of ‘Datuk’ and his wife are to face charges in the Shah Alam Sessions Court tomorrow relating to making false claims and committing criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving about RM140 million over a period of five years since 2013.

UPNM's Military Training Academy director, former commandant charged with CBT, misappropriation of funds, totalling RM920,000

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 23 — A senior army officer and a former commandant at Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia’s (UPNM) Military Training Academy was charged in the Sessions Court here today with two counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) and misappropriation of property in connection with a non-existent investment scheme amounting to RM920,000.
