KUALA LUMPUR, June 6 — The government plans to install more Automated Awareness Safety System (Awas) cameras, or formerly known as Automated Enforcement System (AES), according to needs in the long run.

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 20 — The Automated Awareness Safety System(Awas), formerly known as the Automated Enforcement System (AES), is still operating and enforced based on standard operating procedures and guidelines set by the Road Transport Department (RTD).

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 10 — A total of 169,315 summonses have been issued through the Automatic Awareness Safety System (AWAS) since the Road Transport Department took over the system’s operations from a private company.
