Air Selangor suspends water meter reading until March 31

SUBANG JAYA, March 19 — Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) has temporarily suspended water meter reading services and the application for new water supply account from March 19 to 31.

During the suspension period, customers will receive the bills of the estimated reading of their water usage, said Air Selangor corporate communications head Abdul Halem Mat Som in a statement, today.

“We hope that the customers will cooperate in efforts to contain the Covid-19 outbreak by adhering to the movement control order.

“Our customers can still make arrangements online for several of our services,” he said.

The services that provide 24-hour online assistance are as follow:
