SHAH ALAM, April 27 — Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj today conveyed his well wishes on the 91st anniversary of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) to the “Navy People”.
As RMN captain-in-chief, His Royal Highness hopes RMN personnel continue to uphold naval terms and traditions to remain a credible front-line force that defends the security in the nation’s waters.
“I also hope every member of the ‘Navy People’ will continue to display loyalty and a strong fighting spirit towards this beloved service.
“Thank you to all members of the ‘Navy People’ for your commitment, determination and high team spirit all this while,” His Royal Highness posted on the Selangor Royal Office Instagram account today.
The Sultan urged Malaysians to remember and honour the services, struggles and sacrifices of naval personnel who serve the nation.
The Ruler also prayed that the nation’s heroes are protected by God.
