BEIJING Jan 3 — China on Tuesday said "the international community needs to work together" to prevent a situation where national security restrictions severely impede global growth, as the International Monetary Fund's No. 2 official warned they could in December.
Wang Wenbin, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson, made the comments at a regular news conference in Beijing.
