SHAH ALAM, Dec 21 — The Selangor administration will set up a special booth to showcase the achievements of the Unity Government at the state-level Madani one year anniversary celebration in January.
Selangor deputy state secretary (management) Mohamad Zahri Samingon said the state will provide its full cooperation to ensure a seamless flow of proceedings.
"This celebration involves various agencies, whereby we will also set up a booth to showcase the Madani government's achievements throughout its one year in administration.
"As the first state to host the state-level celebration, Selangor will cooperate to ensure everything runs smoothly," he said after attending the state's Road Safety Month celebration at the State Secretariat Building, here, yesterday.
The Madani government one year anniversary programme held at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium from December 8 to 10 received an encouraging response, with the attendance of people from various ethnicities and age groups.
The celebration was organised with the aim of fostering a closer relationship between the people and the government, and providing the opportunity to the public to observe the administration's achievements over the past year.
Additionally, the programme highlighted and promoted all new policies and initiatives introduced by the Unity Government since it assumed office on November 24, 2022.
