SHAH ALAM, May 4 — The Jelajah Kita Selangor Aidilfitri open house continues this weekend in Hulu Langat, Petaling and Kuala Langat districts, from May 5 to 7.
The open house at Agora Night Market Taman Sri Nanding, Hulu Langat, will be held on May 5, followed by the Sungai Buloh night market site, Petaling, (May 6) and Taman Perwira Sijangkang, Kuala Langat (May 7).
The upcoming events in the following weekend will be at Dataran Tanah Lesen in Parit Baru, Sabak Bernam on May 12, Bukit Badong public field, Kuala Selangor (May 13) and Uptown Sri Gombak (May 14), which Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will also attend.
The first series of open houses were held three days in a row in the first week of Syawal from April 28, which took place in Sepang, Hulu Selangor and Klang.
Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari said the open house is one of the initiatives that give the people an opportunity to meet with the state leaders.
Receiving a warm response from the public, Amirudin said that the state has allocated RM200,000 for the event in each district.
