Tunku Azizah has never offered assistance via TikTok

KUANTAN, Sept 8 — The Pahang Palace has denied claims that the Tengku Ampuan Pahang Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah offered assistance to the public via TikTok or any other social media platform.

It clarified that the denial was issued following the discovery of a suspicious TikTok account under the name 'Datuk Muhammad Yusuf', which has been actively deceiving the public by manipulating the AI-generated image of Her Royal Highness.

“The Pahang Palace stresses that this is an irresponsible act of fraud which could tarnish the image of the monarchy.

“As such, the public is urged to exercise caution, verify the authenticity of information received online, and not fall for fraudulent offers circulating on social media,” the palace said in a statement posted on the official Pahang Royal Family Facebook page today.

It also advised that any individual who is contacted or receives suspicious messages allegedly from Tengku Ampuan Pahang should immediately lodge a report with the relevant authorities.
