MPS improves complaint management system, speeds up response to campaigns

SHAH ALAM, Jan 10 — Selayang residents who want to make public complaints to the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) can use the Public Complaint Management System (Sispaa-MPS).

The local authority said Sispaa-MPS is now used as a medium to manage public complaints starting January 1 to replace the previous Stars MPS system.

"Using Sispaa-MPS will achieve the main objective of public complaint management, which is to speed up and simplify the process of delivering feedback to complainants," it said on Facebook yesterday.

Through the new system, MPS said that the public can make complaints, ask questions, submit suggestions and review complaints by visiting the Sispaa-MPS portal at https://mps.spab.gov.my.

"One of the Sispaa-MPS user methods is that the user needs to visit the mps.spab.gov.my website and select a new complaint or feedback.

"Users need to fill in the information and upload a complaint document. A reference number will be given as reference," it said.
